Well, it has now been a while since I last posted a karaoke. Work related travel and an unusually busy music season performing live shows for my band Jersey Rhythms kept me away from putting together this blog. Anyway, here we go...
My next song is from a Kannada movie "Mungara Male". While I am not a Kannadiga by birth, I went to school in Bangalore and by that virtue picked up Kannada and infact have number of Kannadiga friends as well. That said, I picked up this song from my dear bro Raj who thought this would be a good melody for my show and infact I did perform this song as a duet (re-engineered by our band) and was well received.
I was really amazed by this simple melody originally rendered by Sonu Nigam and thought this would be a good one to recreate. Unfortunately the karaoke track was very poor with changing tempo. I have given it a good shot (I think), enjoy and as always provide your constructive comments.
